So after doing a little research, I’m going to be using this marathon training schedule by Hal Higdon. The training combines shorter weekday runs with long runs on the weekends and some cross training. Week 1 starts Monday, November 14, 2011 and Week 8 ends on Sunday, March 18, 2011 (the day of the big race).
I’m getting a little nervous! How am I ever going to run 20 miles in one go?!
